 Silicone Rubber Soap Moulds is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength, tear strength and elongation.

If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demold, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demold, less curing agent is needed.

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)

Why does the silicone rubber mold have few molding times?
       Silicone Rubber Soap Moulds has few molding times is due to follwoing reasons: adding too much silicone oil which will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber; making the mold for small and fine detailed products with higher hardness silicone rubber which is easy to break; making the mold for large products with soft silicone rubber which will reduce the tensile and tear strength of the mold, and the mold will have deformation. Thus, we should take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products.

   rtv2 silicone for adult dolls HY-968 is two-component addition cure heating or room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber. The product, which is colorless or skin-colored oily liquid and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization, can be used for making soft silicone rubber products like human body shape, bra pads, shoulder pads, patchs, antislip mat, and also can be used for pouring material for electronic and electrical parts.

 rtv2 silicone for adult dolls can be used for a long period and maintain softness and elasticity within a temperature range of -65°C ~ 200°C with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof, ozone and climate resistance, non-corrosiveness, physical inertia, non-toxic,odourless, low linear shrinkage, easy operation, etc.

Mix component A and component B evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1:0.95-1.05, and can be poured after deaired the bubbles. The operating time (0.5-3) hrs  depends on the temperature; the curing time is 12-24 hrs at the room temperature; and the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature increased to 80~120°C. The operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 1 hour. The product can be produced in red, yellow, etc. according to the  customer's requirements.

 rtv2 silicone for adult dolls is platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber, water, impurity, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkaline and other organisms containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen will influence the vulcanization of the silicon rubber. This silicone rubber is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 2.
Mmold silicon for resin craft using instruction
Component A is white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2g curing agent for mixing evenly (silicone rubber and curing agent must be measured accurately). After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame. If you don't have vacuum machine, please add 1.2% or 1.5% curing agent so that the bubbles can bubble itself. Since the less curing agent you add, the slower the mould will curdle, the bubbles will bubble out itself.

Lead-tin Alloy Craft Silicone Disc Description: The disc silicone rubber consist of Past A and Part B, Part A is the working surface, Part B acts secondary role. It mainly applicable to cast lead tin craftworks and product models.Fix the product upon one piece of A, cover with another pieces of A , and put pieces of Part B over the upper  and lower sides of Part A, then take it to a press molding machine, the temperature is generally at 160～180℃, and it can be demouled in 30 minutes. After take out the mold, make a round hole at the central point of the disc with diameter of 30mm for material injection, inject the lead-tin alloy liquid into the disc silicone mold,the products can be shaped by the force of a mode of centrifuge.

Lead-tin Alloy Craft Silicone Disc Features and properties:
1.Temperature resistance of 380℃～400℃ or even higher.
2.Fast cooling,easy to grinding and polish.
