Lead-tin Alloy Craft Silicone Disc Description: The disc silicone rubber consist of Past A and Part B, Part A is the working surface, Part B acts secondary role. It mainly applicable to cast lead tin craftworks and product models.Fix the product upon one piece of A, cover with another pieces of A , and put pieces of Part B over the upper  and lower sides of Part A, then take it to a press molding machine, the temperature is generally at 160～180℃, and it can be demouled in 30 minutes. After take out the mold, make a round hole at the central point of the disc with diameter of 30mm for material injection, inject the lead-tin alloy liquid into the disc silicone mold,the products can be shaped by the force of a mode of centrifuge.

1.Temperature resistance of 380℃～400℃ or even higher.
2.Fast cooling,easy to grinding and polish.
3. The usual sizes are 9 inches and 12 inches. Thickness is 4.5~5mm, special requirements can be customized.

  The solutions of the sticky of the Condensation silicone mold?

The main reason for this problem is that you do not handle the products or original molds well, then you should deal with the original mold or products carefully before molding. Such as for the products with a complicated pattern or a unsmoothed surface, you should polish and clean the products after which it will be molded ,then spray the release agent. Normally, the release agent can be Vaseline , detergent. liquid wax Etc. In practical process, you can bush different release agent according to different material.The second reason is that the operator pour the silicone into the mold when the mixture is mixed evenly, then the finish silicone mold will not cure and dry entirely..

Applications of Manual model design silicone : 

Silicone rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, PVC plastic molds, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc.

Description of Manual model design silicone:

Silicone rubber for manual moid is flowing liquid with consistant quality in whatever color. It consists of two components, wherein component A is silicone rubber, and component B is curing agent or vulcanizing agent. Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take certain amount of the silicone rubber, add 2-3% solidifying agent, and mix evenly for use. One mold pair can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours. The formed mold can be used repeatedly without deformation and water shrinkage and with high temperature resistance, thereby providing fast duplication of the product with a product shrinkage 2. The 418 manual mold silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number of product duplication.

Operation Instruction of Manual model design silicone::

1. The manual mold silicon is applied to small products or products with fine patterns. The mold  for the fine detailed and small products should be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.

2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.

Operation instruction for liquid material rubber for pads

Admixture amount of curing agent and silicon reaction:
1. Added with 1% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 6-8 hours.
2. Added with 2% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, mold can be released in 2-3 hours. 
3. Added with 3% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 28-30 minutes, mold can be released in 1.5-2 hours 
4. Added with 4% of curing agent, silicon can still flow within 10-15 minutes, mold can be released in 1-1.5 hours
5. Curing agent reaction rate is related with weather and temperature. Under 25 degree, they can be added according to the instruction or at double amount in winter or under subzero temperature.(Note: Curing agent can not be added above the 4% maximum level and the normal proportion is 2%. If more than 4% is applied, the silicon will condensate too fast for normal usage).
